How far in advance do I need to book?

I recommend at least 3 (three) weeks in advance. Sometimes I need to order special supplies for your order, so the sooner the better.

Where are you located?

I am a home-based business. I do not ship cookies.

What flavor are your cookies?

These are vanilla sugar cookies.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, I usually require a $20 deposit to confirm your order, depending on how large your order is, the deposit may be more. Your remaining balance must be paid in full before or when you pick up your order.

What methods of payment are accepted?

I offer Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. I do not accept cash for deposits.

What is included with my order/price?

All cookies will come individually packaged in air tight bags to ensure freshness. They are also delivered in a window bakery box.

Can I send you pictures of cookies?

You can email me pictures of cookies you have in mind that I can use for reference and inspiration, but I do not copy other peoples work.

How do I order?

Please go to the Order Form section to request an order. Provide as much detail as you’d like about your order, this way I can give you an exact quote.

Can I cancel my order?

If I have not started on your order then you can still cancel and receive any deposits you have made. If I have already started your order I will not be able to refund your deposit.
